We are looking forward to building a mutually beneficial partnership between your shop and sixnineteen. In order to receive a wholesale and/or stockist license, we have a few requirements you must agree to before we consider your application. Once received, our accounts team will review your application and contact you with the next steps to place your first order. wholesale & stockist terms & conditions for sixnineteen

sixnineteen extends license to wholesale and/or stock our lines selectively. we require an application review with proper documentation for consideration. once approved, you will be expected to maintain certain minimums in order to retain your license. please be advised, wholesale/stockist terms & conditions, as well as pricing and moqs, are subject to change without notice. our terms are outlined below.

how to order

currently, wholesale orders may be placed via email at [email protected] with the subject line: “wholesale order request: (your unique id).” email should include product name, product variation(s), and quantity, each on a separate line. we will review your order request, verify inventory and pricing, and respond with pricing and next steps to complete your order. a completed wholesale/stockist consideration application for new accounts must be approved prior to shipment of first orders.

pricing and minimums

minimum opening order is currently $5,750 and $3,000 for reorders. wholesale pricing applies to stores with a retail storefront. new customers will be required to provide appropriate documentation before licensure is granted. orders must be paid before items are shipped. we will contact you with your order total and a digital invoice. prices and minimums are subject to change without notice. the minimum order quantity is 20 items per sku upon initial order and 10 items per sku for reorders.

payment terms

sixnineteen requires a 50% non-refundable installment to place an order. balance payment is required 1 week prior to shipping. we will contact your business via email to arrange for payment. in the event there are additional charges or overages due for shipping, for example, we will invoice you via email to settle the balance. we ask that these invoices are settled within one week. we transact only in usd.

sixnineteen accepts credit card (visa, mastercard, or american express), paypal, stripe, zelle, or bank transfer (wire). you will be responsible for any processing fees, if required. we do not accept company checks. orders with a declined credit card will be held for 15 days and alternate payment will be required. if card doesn’t approve within 15 days, and another form of payment is not supplied, the order will cancel and the 50% installment will not be refunded.

sixnineteen does not store credit card information, therefore payment information will need to be supplied with each order. late payments will accrue interest and storage fees of 15% per month.

turnaround times

sixnineteen offers premium streetwear and merchandise made by hand. therefore, we carry no inventory and your order will be handmade and fulfilled at the time it is placed and processed. for this reason, we ask that you allow more time for items to ship. we service the globe out of ten ateliers, seven in the united states, one in mexico, one in europe, and one in east asia. most items usually require between 2 – 7 business days to complete. 97% of our products ship within 5 days with over half shipping within 3 days. shipping should be added to that timeline according to the speed and method selected. your items may be shipped separately to facilitate faster service.

shipping

most orders are shipped via fedex, usps, or dhl. shipping costs and all applicable duties/taxes are your responsibility. sixnineteen is not responsible for carrier delays, loss, or damage. all wholesale orders will ship insured, with tracking, unless unavailable (as is the case with flat rate shipping and some international destinations originating in europe).

claims

sixnineteen offers premium products made by hand. due to the nature of our production method, each product may vary slightly. many of our products are hand printed and many are made with natural dyes. as such, there may be slight variations in size, color, texture and/or finish. these are not considered faults but rather signifies that the product is hand made, authentic and unique. please examine your order upon arrival. any shipping-related damage or loss must be claimed with the carrier. all other damages or shortages must be reported, with photographic evidence, to sixnineteen within 5 business days of receipt in order for a claim to be honored. if in stock, replacements will be provided for damaged items. if the item is out of stock, either a credit on future orders or refund to original payment form will be offered. returned merchandise will not be accepted 15 or more days after receipt.

changes, cancellations, & returns

due to the fact that many orders are handmade and processed within a day of being received, adjustments or cancellations must be made within 24 hours of submitting your order. wholesale merchandise may not be returned or exchanged except in the case of damaged or defective merchandise. damages or incorrect shipments must be reported within 5 days of receipt. returns will not be accepted beyond 15 days after receipt.

exclusivity

sixnineteen aims to cap stockists at 3 within a 100-mile radius (retail zone). this is to protect the retailer’s right to offer something unique to their customers while still allowing sixnineteen to grow as a brand, too. of the three stockists, each will be granted a license to carry different skus. this means certain items may be unavailable to a stockist because licensing to stock certain skus may be granted on a first-come, first-served basis. if a particular stockist does not reorder that sku within a 6 month period, then the license for that item is forfeited and made available for another stockist. however, stores that spend $25,000+ per month are able to claim full exclusivity within their 100-mile radius for our entire line (thus making licensure unavailable to retail zone competitors). this is something that we monitor closely to ensure compliance. we endeavor to be as transparent as possible with our stockists by publishing our full list of retailers available to our stockists at any time.

online sales

resale of our products is prohibited on amazon, ebay, etsy, facebook, instagram, or other similar platforms without expressed written consent from sixnineteen.
