This past July, sixnineteen was hand-selected by ONE Musicfest to create a limited capsule collection featuring two distinct designs that will commemorate the festival’s milestone tenth anniversary. Yesterday, Method Man saw our OMF x 619 Legends design and told us he needs one for himself. We require nothing more from life at this time.
Here’s how we got to this point…
to be one of two exclusive partners asked to commemorate the celebration of a decade of shocking collaborations, iconic musical powerhouses, unexpected reunions, and the celebration of identity— it’s a feeling that’s hard to describe.
Before we launched 619, I remember attending what began as a small, music showcase and watching in amazement as it annually exponentiated into a prodigious force in the festival arena. Some of sixnineteen’s featured icons have graced the OMF stage in our presence!
Fusing our brand’s celebration of culture, legacy, and freedom to OMF’s celebration of diversity and progressive, urban music was synergistic, to say the least. This was our opportunity to add a little bit of sixnineteen flavor to the OMF cultural stew, and as longtime OMF devotees, we jumped at the opportunity to collaborate with the brand in creating a commemorative capsule collection celebrating OMF’s tenth anniversary.

We were already elated to share our commemorative capsule with over 20,000 enthusiastic music-lovers at the OMF festival, but we found ourselves without words when we learned that our design had made it in front of the mighty M-E-T-H-O-D Man! Not only did he recognize himself as one of our celebrated legends in this incredible lineup, but he said, “That’s dope!” and requested one in his size immediately, in person.

We worked feverishly to create two distinct designs for our capsule collaboration with OMF.
- Our ATL Heaux! design reflects the sixnineteen attitude and grit that is Hotlanta.
- Our LEGENDS design elaborates our style and burgeoning brand aesthetic and sentiment our customers love and embrace.
Our LEGENDS collectable will be available as a commemorative poster and as a t-shirt while our ATL Heaux! Design will be offered as a t-shirt in various colors. I gave up a promising career in medicine in order to share my art with the world. I believe everything you wear should edify you. 619.clothing honors culture, legacy, and freedom. I’ve drawn and signed every illustration and ensured every piece, handmade from scratch, is an opportunity for education, representation, and celebration. We are storytelling historians.
